These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoFastTrackLabs (the "Site") at go.fasttracklabs.co and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

GoFastTrackLabs sells general medical supplies, apparel, and basic diagnostic equipment. Product listings are provided for informational purposes and are not medical advice. Buyers are responsible for ensuring products meet the requirements of their intended use.

Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Shopify) and its payment partners. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping
Shipping timelines, options, and costs are described on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or the address you provide.
7. Returns
Returns are handled as described on our Returns page. Certain items (including opened hygiene, single-use, or personalized products) may not be eligible for return.

We work to describe products accurately, but images, colors, specifications, and availability may vary. Product information is not a substitute for professional medical or clinical judgment.
