30-day returns
If you're not satisfied, return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain opened consumables (such as opened glove boxes, exam paper, or disinfectant products) may not be eligible for return.
Engraved items
Personalized/engraved products are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
